Steamed Prawns with Ming Ang King Prawn Chilli Sauce

Preparation:
White tofu x 1 pack
King Prawns x 10
Ming Ang King Prawn Chilli Sauce
Coriander

Directions:
1. Cut the white tofu into slices and place it on the serving plate.
2. Place all the King Prawns on top of the tofu.
3. Fill the prawns with Ming Ang King Prawn Chilli Sauce.
4. Steam over high heat for 8 minutes. Garnish with some chopped onions or coriander and serve.
