Ming Ang Ipoh Salted Chicken

Preparation:
1. whole kampung chicken / chicken pieces (1-1.5kg). Wash and drain.
2. 1 pack of Ming Ang Ipoh Salted Chicken Spices Mix.
3. Goji berries and Dang Gui (optional)

Directions:
1. Rub inside and outside of the chicken/chicken with Ming Ang Ipoh Salted Chicken Spices Mix and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Wrap the chicken/chicken pieces in an aluminium foil which is provided in the pack.
3. Steam for 45 minutes and serve.
