Preparation:
Fresh fish and Ming Ang Steam Fish Chilli Sauce

 

Directions:
1. Steam your fish for 3 minutes (rough estimation) and pour off any excessive water.
2. Pour Ming Ang Steam Fish Chilli Sauce onto the fish and steam until cooked.
3. Sprinkle with spring onion and serve hot.
